[To approve General Procurement Plan for 2021]
Pursuant to Clause 24.2 of Article 24 of the Law on the Government of Mongolia, to Clause 48.4 of Article 48 of the Law on Procurement of Goods, Works and Services with State and Local Funds of Mongolia is hereby RESOLVED to:
1. Approve the General Plan of education and science sector projects and activities to be procured by the state budget in 2021 as attached to this Order.
2. Assign the State Secretary /D. Batbaatar/ to organize, ensure and monitor implementation of this Order in accordance with the relevant legislation.
