About Master’s Degree
Pursuant to Section “6” of Order of the Minister of Enlightenment no.98 of 1998 “To Determine Level and Classification of Education” is hereby RESOLVED to:
1. Equalize higher education documents of people who meet requirements of being graduated from foreign and domestic universities with training 5 and more years before 1993 or earlier, having average grade points and state examination scores 4 or more and average diploma grade and diploma defense grade 4 or more to Master’s Degree documents.
2. Authorize Directors of relevant universities and institutes to award at request Master’s Degree Diplomas to graduates who meet the conditions set forth in the Provision 1 of this Order.
