The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Mongolian rock band Hurd, is organizing an international masterclass training program to support the professional development of music teachers from preschool and general education schools.
The Ministry of Education has previously organized a professional development masterclass for music teachers in collaboration with Hurd. This year's program marks the second large-scale training initiative of its kind.
The training aims to introduce teachers to contemporary trends in arts and music education, explore practical approaches to integrating musical theatre into school curricula, and share effective methods for engaging every child in music lessons. It also focuses on teaching approaches that foster students' creativity and social-emotional development.

Today, increasing importance is being placed worldwide on developing children's communication and collaboration skills, creative thinking, emotional literacy, and ability to understand and respect others. Arts education is one of the most effective means of nurturing these competencies and plays a vital role in supporting children's holistic development and personal growth.
As part of its education reform agenda, the Ministry of Education is committed to nurturing a generation of students who are not only knowledgeable but also creative, collaborative, confident in self-expression, and respectful and understanding of others. The professional development of music teachers plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.
