According to the PISA 2022 assessment, 15-year-old Mongolian students with basic education lag behind their international peers by five years, and 50% of students in rural areas have fallen behind their urban counterparts in terms of knowledge.
- (i) Establishing a modernized educational ecosystem through comprehensive curriculum reform.
- (ii) Implementing a three-pillar teacher policy and relieving educators of excessive workloads.
- (iii) Eliminating quality gaps between urban and rural, as well as public and private schools, and realizing the concept that the nearest school should be the best school.
- (iv) Improving governance and management through apolitical, professional appointments and the formation of highly qualified management teams.
- (v) Establishing a fair, objective, and transparent evaluation system.
- (vi) Accelerating digital transformation by providing every teacher with an AI assistant and every student with an AI tutor, and by developing a planning and reporting system driven by big data.
